What do I do if I decide I don’t want my items before they arrive?
None of our items are off the shelf and each bed and piece of furniture is made especially for you. Shall you change your mind after ordering then please get in touch via email as soon as possible, so we do not put your order into production. Once the items are made to your choice Interni will not refund the order with no exceptions.
What do I do if I decide I don’t want the style of bed I ordered and changed my mind?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you want the bed or furniture you have ordered before you make the payment. As all our beds are hand made to order we cannot accept returns for orders made without exact choice. This causes financial detriment to Interni in terms of extra collection charges from the couriers and loss of materials and overheads.
It also has an environmental cost due to recycling of unwanted beds and furniture.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Guarantee
We offer a 12 month guarantee on all orders placed. Our guarantee protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. This warranty excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
